eN Bills offers a Free tier for new merchants, alongside paid commercial subscription tiers. Paid plan upgrades are billed on a subscription basis.
2. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel or change your paid subscription tier at any time through your Merchant Account Subscription settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active for the remainder of your paid billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once processed via the Cashfree payment gateway, except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven double-billing system errors verified by our technical team.
